Career

Uncia Technologies (2025–present)

In July 2025, Jaiswal transitioned from an internship to a full-time AI Developer role at Uncia Technologies. He currently spearheads key AI initiatives across the organization, leading AI integration in database migration applications and adding natural language interfaces.

His responsibilities include championing AI adoption across cross-functional teams, delivering internal workshops on AI agents and GenAI tools, and leading the development of production-grade AI solutions that support business operations and decision-making.

Internship and early career (January 2025 – June 2025)

During his internship at Uncia Technologies, he built a machine learning credit assessment model for predicting loan delinquency. The model featured top factor identification, automated decision explanations, and customer segmentation capabilities.

His most significant project involved designing and deploying a comprehensive research collaboration platform. The application processes data from Scopus, Web of Science, and OpenAlex datasets, featuring advanced search filters with keyword, author, institution, and year-based queries.

Influencer Engagement Platform

He developed a comprehensive influencer marketing platform using Flask, Jinja2, and Bootstrap. The platform features role-based access control, enabling sponsors to create and manage campaigns while influencers can accept, reject, or negotiate ad requests. The system includes an admin dashboard for monitoring users, campaigns, and tracking statistics.

Predictive Taxi Fare Model

Between September and December 2023, he developed a sophisticated machine learning pipeline for predicting taxi fares. The project utilized advanced techniques including data preprocessing, feature engineering, and ensemble learning to achieve an impressive R-squared score of 0.909. The model employed BaggingRegressor with XGBoost as the base estimator, alongside comprehensive hyperparameter tuning.

Hackathons and competitions

BharatGen 2025 AI Summit

In June 2025, he participated in the BharatGen 2025 AI Summit, a national-level hackathon where he contributed to the CureCue project. The team focused on enhancing patient medication adherence by building a comprehensive mobile application workflow. The project secured the 2nd Runners-up position at the competition.

Gifted World (August 2024 – October 2024)

He served as a Teaching Assistant at Gifted World, facilitating hands-on learning experiences in GenAI applications. He guided students through mini-projects in programming, data analysis, and content creation in a remote learning environment.

GenWise, Manipal (May 2024 – July 2024)

At GenWise in Manipal, he took on dual roles as both Teaching Assistant and Assistant Instructor. He engineered comprehensive curriculum spanning AI/ML fundamentals, practical applications, and cutting-edge GenAI technologies for intensive courses serving cohorts of 12-20 students.
